- Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
- Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and updating respective trackers.
- Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.
- Coordinate with Managers and Qualified Candidates for Scheduling Interviews.
- Administer new employee On-boarding (including document collection) and induction activities.
- Coordinate with pre-employment verification for all new onboards.
- Initiate and coordinate new employee engagement activities in the Company.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside and outside of the business.
